Can I use Odo for navigation, or alongside another navigation app on CarPlay?
Both. Odo has its own turn-by-turn navigation, and if you prefer another navigation app, Odo keeps recording your trip in the background.
Odo includes turn-by-turn navigation with voice and lane guidance on iPhone and CarPlay, so you can navigate and record in one app. If you prefer another navigation app, that works too: trip recording continues in the background whichever app is on screen, and the CarPlay Dashboard can show directions alongside other information. Your trip stats also stay visible in the Live Activity on your iPhone.
