Why isn't Odo showing on my CarPlay home screen?

If Odo doesn't appear on your CarPlay home screen after installing or updating the app, the most common reasons are:

1. **Customize layout hides it.** Open iPhone Settings → General → CarPlay → tap your car → Customize. Odo may be in the lower (hidden) section — tap the green plus to move it up.
2. **App needs an update.** Make sure you have the latest version of Odo from the App Store. CarPlay support requires the version that shipped with the entitlement.
3. **iPhone or iOS too old.** Odo requires iOS 17 or later. Check Settings → General → Software Update.
4. **CarPlay connection issue.** Disconnect and reconnect (unplug the cable, or toggle Bluetooth for wireless CarPlay). Restart your iPhone if needed.
5. **Restrictions enabled.** If you have Screen Time content restrictions, Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → Allowed Apps → make sure CarPlay apps aren't restricted.
