EV Charging Log and Efficiency Tracker

Built for electric, too.

Log charging sessions like fill-ups, see your real efficiency, and with an OBD2 adapter, read your battery’s state of charge and health on supported models.

Why it matters

Electric running costs depend on where and how you charge, and efficiency changes with the seasons. A charging log shows what you really pay per mile and how your car performs over time.

Charging, logged.

Record energy, price per kWh and total for each session. Scan the charger display, and Odo can suggest nearby charging stations.

  • kWh, price per kWh and total, with any two filling in the third
  • Charger display scanning
  • Nearby EV chargers suggested automatically
  • Full charge marking for accurate efficiency

Efficiency in the units you use.

Efficiency is measured from full charge to full charge, with an estimate when you only charge partway.

  • kWh/100 km, Wh/km, mi/kWh, km/kWh or MPGe
  • Plug-in hybrids track fuel and electricity separately
  • Cost per mile or kilometer

Battery data over OBD2.

Add battery readings from a built-in catalog covering 99 electric and hybrid models from 31 makes, drawn from the open OBDb database.

  • State of charge and state of health on supported models
  • Pack voltage, current and cell readings
  • State of charge at the start and end of each trip
  • EV charging stations in CarPlay’s Places tab
