About Odo
One app for the whole drive.
Odo is a driving and riding companion for iPhone, iPad and Apple CarPlay. It started as a GPS speedometer and grew into one app for everything around a drive: automatic trip recording and replay, OBD2 engine data and trouble codes, fuel, maintenance and running costs, turn-by-turn navigation, group drives with Convoy, and Emergency SOS.
Odo is built by Taohidul Islam, an independent developer. It first launched on the App Store in March 2026 and is updated frequently; version 4.3.0 arrived in October 2026. The app is available in more than 30 languages.
If something doesn’t work for you, or there’s a feature you’d like to see, we want to hear about it.
What we care about
Accurate
Everything the app and this site say is checked against how Odo actually works. If a feature has limits, we say so.
Private
Trips, routes and logs stay on your devices and in your own iCloud. There are no ads, no advertising identifier and no cross-app tracking.
Hands-off
The best driving app is one you don’t touch while driving. Odo records automatically, works by voice and runs on your car’s screen.
For every vehicle
Cars, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, boats and more, with 63 vehicle types and gauges to match.
