My OBD2 adapter doesn't show up in the scan. What can I do?

Some adapters, especially certain Vgate models, are claimed by iOS once they're paired in Settings and then stop appearing in other apps' scans. Try this: 1. Unplug the adapter. 2. If it's listed in iOS Settings → Bluetooth, tap it and choose Forget This Device. 3. Start the scan in Odo under Garage → OBD II. 4. Plug the adapter back in while the scan is still running. Also check that the ignition is on and that the adapter is a BLE model, not a classic Bluetooth "v1.5" dongle. If it still doesn't work, contact us from the app or the support page and we'll help.
